Aging-In-Place-In-Community

SageHill Living brings a NEW model for independent living to rural Utah. A model where residents actively shape a community that reflects shared interests, values, and purpose. Being healthy, both socially and physically, becomes even more critical as we get older.  We need a sense of purpose and something to look forward to every day.  Interdependent living supports a zest for life, a drive to stay healthy, and a belief that we still have a lot of living to do.

The intentional sharing of resources, downsizing our footprint, and a co-care system make our village concept one of the most attractive and economical options for aging-in-place. Early involvement and commitment is the key to living the life you desire.

Each village will offer single-level living for 16 to 32 homes; nestled around a large Common House and beautiful gardens to create the atmosphere of an old-fashioned village.  Depending on the property’s size, each village will include small individual homes, condos/apartments, or a mix of each.

Typically, residents own their private resident and share the common areas and land, much like a condominium’s legal structure.  However, we are currently exploring new development models to help create a mix of rental units, making them more accessible to all income levels.

Explore the possibilities and become a member of our newly forming village in Kanab, Utah.
